3 players, preferably Genin Level and each have posted 200 posts relevant to NNRPG, must team up and advocate to create the Clan. One of the 3 will serve as the clan leader and the 2 will be vice-leaders.

All Clans will be made this way. All three must be in the clan for at least 3 months before they can leave it.
