Type of Jutsu: Permanent
Chakra Cost: None
Effect: Stun on next turn
Requirements: Both sides roll 10, if the user rolls a higher number than the defender, the defender is paralyzed in fear.
Note: Must be repeated each round to continue, this jutsu can be used in conjunction with other jutsu.
Limitations: May only be used X amount of times in a match.

I leveled up the level 2 kunai again now it should look like this:

Kunai Lvl 3
Effect: When equipped, adds 20 speed to user
