Description

This jutsu needs utilization of the Kurowashi Kekkie Genkai. In theory, this jutsu allows the user to solidify the opponent for a brief moment, making the target unable to attack for those few seconds. Hardening the opponents body by physical contact or indirect contact, the user of this jutsu will be able to harden up the target’s body, skin and tissue, to render him incapable of movement.

The target will still receive damage from other sources but the user of the jutsu will also not be able to move for he will also be in deep concentration utilizing the jutsu. This jutsu is more effective in group battles.

Jutsu calculation.

If contact is successful, the jutsu will last as long as the users Defense is divisible by 2 and is not less than 2.

User utilizes jutsu and has a Defense level equal to 99, defense will be divided by 2 for that turn will be 49.5.

2nd turn = 24.75
3rd turn = 12.375
4th turn = 6.1875
5th turn = 3.09375
6th turn = 1.546875 (Jutsu ends on the sixth turn because defense have become lower than 2)

In effect, target will not be able to attack for 6 turns.

first of all he needs about....1,100,000 ryo to buy the thing, and then only he is able to use the jutsu, elite jutsu are personal only.

No approval, it goes against the game rules, you cannot bind for more than 2 turns, elite jutsu or not.
