Name of Jutsu: Kira no Shukoshu (Killer tentacles)
Reason to Create Jutsu: So I can have an elite jutsu to defend me in battle, and to show that a Makikage has something special.

Description:
The user forms many thin unbreakable tubes of chakra which attatch to the opponent. The tubes dig deep into the opponents flesh if any movements are made. The tubes suck life and chakra out of the opponent.

Dmg: Jutsu Power x number of tubes created, -5 chakra per tube towards the opponent. 7 chakra per tube. The opponent is stunned for one turn.

And like all elite jutsu's! This can only be used once in a match.

So this is your reason for asking about Chakra drain death.

Could you roll play how the damage will effect an opponent in battle? I would just like to assess how it works before I give my vote...

Hmm, I never really thought about how they are put together. I only did that so it would prevent people from using their elite jutsu's and hitting hard on me.

Billy uses blah blah and does blah damage.

Maria uses Kira no Shukoshu

Attack :	(47/100)
Defence :	(7/100)
Speed/Agility :	(100/100)
Jutsu Power :	(53/100)
Hand Seal Knowledge :	(8/100)

I make 7 tubes, which will deal a total of 7 x 53 damage. The opponent also loses 35 chakra points. I use up 49 chakra points of my own.

How do you know the max number of tentacles you create? Whats the limit and disadvantage?

thats simple aigoro the limit is the amount she can make without completely draining her own chakra or as it stands she can make a grand total of 21 which is 2100 dmg so lets say that the opponent has 2200 hp and 100 chakra right...she uses this and drains their chakra to zero even though it doesnt kill them they still die from the chakra drain, its a nice jutsu and ill give it to her since i have one that is quite similar except i dont agree with the stun i think after getting hit with an elite u should get to go next turn otherwise i agree....

and the disadvantage is that if she accidently uses up all her chakra then she dies...
