I was told to apply this for Elite Jutsu

Owner: Aigoro Kurowashi
Name of Jutsu: Shashin no Jutsu (Photograph Clone)
Reason to Create Jutsu: To defeat the enemies of Konoha
Do you have an Elite Jutsu Token: No
Are you willing to pay 100k for Jutsu Creation?: Yes

Description: With Byakugan camera, user makes a Clone of his opponent or target from a photograph will all its jutsus, abilities and bloodline intact.

These clones last as long as its user is conscious and takes up to 50 or more percent to produce. A typical user will only be able to use this ability once if not rather putting himself in jeopardy with draining his own chakra limit to zero preventing the possibility of abuse.

Calculation
(Copy target opponents status, jutsus and bloodline abilities as if there is a 2nd player in game into a clone by the same name of the target. Clone will die if user of jutsu has become unconscious or stunned)

what he means is that a perfect clone of an opponent is made and depending on the person the clone cost could be atleast 50% chakra or more. the clone acts as another player and recieves its own turn, but is controlled by the jutsu user, if the user of the jutsu is defeated, knocked out, or stunned, then the clone is instantly unsummoned. The clone is as powerful as the opponent and has an exact copy of the opponents stats and jutsu. the way its written i suppose their elite jutsu as well. the only weakness of the clone is aigoro himself, the clone itself can also be defeated but i would hate to have to fight myself and aigoro at the same bloody time.
