Name of Jutsu: Photograph Clone Technique (Shashin bunshin no Jutsu)
What it Does:

Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of whatever image captured within the special paper shot by his special camera. Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions.

These clones last as long as its user is conscious and takes up to 50 or more percent to produce. A typical user will only be able to use this ability once if not rather putting himself in jeopardy with draining his own chakra limit to zero preventing the possibility of abuse.

When defeated, these clones dissipate in a puff of smoke, leaving a ripped in half picture in its place. These clones also have chakra flowing within them, making it hard for users of eye jutsu to tell the difference from the copies and the real user. The clone copies can only be as powerful as the time the pictures were actually taken.

Items needed

Item: Byakugan/X-Ray Polaroid Camera

This camera has the ability to see through its target’s Chakra and instantly produce a picture of it for Aigoro’s special jutsu, accurate with their anatomical and jutsu to their very detail. The user of this camera must be 100% accurate and take his targets entire body within the boarders of the picture. If not, the clone copy might actually be missing a limb or so.

Item: Special paper

The paper used for the camera is also special. Normal paper taken with the special camera will not produce a viable clone copy. This special paper is made from materials that are very hard to come by. The silk and tree bark used for the paper are very rare.

humm im not sure about your lvl character hiaving strong jutsu and i wont reply back with an aproovale because this clan will be an enemy clan (puppet), well the jutsu will

The Kurowashi paper puppet jutsu is just a learned jutsu. I posted a personal story post, saying Aigoro's father had a sensei that taught him how to use chakra strings...

In summation, its not a clan jutsu. I might even link up Aigoro's fathers learning the jutsu from Master Eki himself, if given the chance...

I dont summon puppets, I make them from paper... All my character needs to learn now are Chakra strings

Clay Ranking...

Deidara ranks his clay by number in a fashion similar to the C-4 explosive, the weakest being C1 and the most powerful being C4. The other clay ranks are much more dangerous than C1, and any foe that sees Deidara use any rank higher than C-1 is usually one Deidara sees as a worthy opponent: -

* C-1: Deidara's most basic and versatile form of clay created from a single palm mouth. These are small animated dolls that often resemble small birds or insects. There is already a limit... the paper requried for the Jutsu is rare, as rare as that bettle Naruto needed to find to look for Sasuke but failed...

And for the jutsu to work, Aigoro still need to take a photo of his target at his highest level of being... as the limit states, the clone can only be as powerful as the time the picture was taken.

Also, opponents wont actually pose for a picture... they would more than likely be jumping around when they fight...
