these jutsu's are for neji ironfist hyuuga

1.windy palms(deals 65 damage to one enemy-consumes 15 chakra)taijutsu

2.element blade allows(allows neji to use any element deals 35 damage to all enemies and stuns them)

3 summon bion the wind bear(increases neji's attack 10-fold bion maybe used in combo attacks:only can be used once per battle)

so these attacks are for my bro neji ironfist hyuuga

I dont think you can have them added like that

he has to earn them, he isn't premium

I dont think he can, ill ask Eki

Because then you can make a new account and completely rigg it up

you have to teach it to him

and in order to teach him you must be his sensei, and in order to be a sensei you must be a jounin.
