this is really retarded.

at level one you are bble to take basically a

1 points per 200, 25 points,

5000 points of damage.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

and lets not forget you regenerate 10 points a turn!

Agree, the chakra consume part, the formula should be edit.
Its abit Overpowered. TOO STRONG. its probably a KinJutsu for strong Taijutsu user.

Its better now but one problem its too strong! check the example part. lvl20 damage 600, to use chakra shield only cost 12 CHAKRa and deal no damage? ITS overpower. Such a strong skill should require more chakra. If an admin approve the one right now or be4, the person who had this jutsu will be too power which cant be defeated...

I get it, but it like kinjutsu you can defend 600 damage with only 12 chakra needs to use it.

For me i think:
If you are lvl 20+ and you have that jutsu, when your opponent damge you 600 and you actived the chakra sheild then you will reduce 300 damage and you been damaged 300. like half half.
Chakra to use it for once: half of the chakra you have. like 100/100 you need 50/100 chakra to use it for once. each rp fight can use maximum of 2 times.

didn't quite catch that...i would like to stay as this but i can't active my shiled after attacked its not like this

xxx uses balanced no jutsu(1st turn)
Ihmed uses chakra shield(2nd turn)
