Just 1 turn for that much chakra spent? I dont think its equal... maybe for 25 chakra, you should get 2 turn stun...

20 chakra, 1 turn stun...

Doing the calculations, the balance aint right. I approve but I think your wasting too much chakra on 1 move...

Question about this juutsu. He used it against Kyo in vampire, and atk x jutsu power - it equaled near 1700. Is that overpowered?
