Name of Jutsu: Hoshi Hitoame (Star Shower)
What it Does: After making the seals, the user puts his hand up. Then, from the sky, It starts to fall stars in the direction of the opponent. These stars have a paralyzing poisin, that stuns the enemy.
Effect: Attack x Jutsu Power/lvl + 2 turn stun.
Chakra Consume: 25
Type of Jutsu: Ninjutsu
Register it to who: Myself

PS: Requires star training.

-.- I'll put the chakra cost to 25 but the jutsu is for me. I'll teach this jutsu to the weaker's in the star village, but just to the weakers.

hmm......perhaps a limiter, as ATK*JP is too much.

For instance, if I used it, and hit........ I would become a one hit wonder. So I suggest you make it ATK*JP/Lvl + 1 Turn Stun, then I'll approve it.

None. It's a paralyzing poison, it stuns the enemy for one turn.
