| it doesnt do damage, it boosts your attack and speed by 3
so if i had 10 attack if i used this it would then be 30..

| Not approved, the buff is too powerful for only 15 chakra. Lower it to 2 x attack buff and removed the speed buff (Its in space, normally it would slow you down like that...)
