What it Does: this jutsu grants the user a bonus: jutsu power X 2 for the remainder of the match////sp.ability. this jutsu does not require a turn to activate. this jutsu cannot be used in the same string of attacks as when hari-me was activated.

no its not an auto buff, this is a JP buff that can only be used after Hari-me but cannot be used in the same turn as when hari-me is activated, as in i use hari me then i attack and then the opponent has a turn and then i can use it without using up a turn in the process.

Its ultra good. But I think it should require a turn. It kind of cancles out the Kamen bloodline jutsu. And that means if you have a jutsu that requires jp to be used and it stuns(All of your jutsus stun practically) you will end the match in your second turn.
