Name of Jutsu:the song of 1,000 birds
What it Does:towashin gathers alot of birds attacking the enemy with his flute the enemy be stunned for 2 turns the enemy recives att x spd
Chakra Consume:20
Type of Jutsu:gen and nin
Register it to who: (choose one) myself

name of jutsu:misty shadow's
what it does:i use my flute to make everything around the enemy dark i continue to play making the user freezing cold freezing the user this attack does 2 stun and jp + (spdx2) / handseal knowledge
chakra consumes:25
type of jutsu:gen
register it to who:me

name of jutsu:loopy fist (there is nothing agaisnt te rules that say i can't have this jutsu)
what it does:long ago rock lee met yoshi he said taught him his super technique the loopy fist that yoshi uses only in case of emergencies does spd + att + jp and during each turn the user will loose 10 hp
chakra consumes:30
type of jutsu:taijutsu
register it to who:me

And you cant be apart of more than one clans, and the loopy fist is learned by drinking the elixer...

lol that was kind of funny though

and yes my words exactly the loopy fist is when i drink the elixir you told me my jutsu's didn't make any since and i turns out they didn't so then i started from scratch making jutsu's that will be more understandable so you can actually under stand what i am saying maria

these jutsu are kinda overpowered but..thats my opinion maybe you can try editing them...the 4 turn stun?? then you can kill your opponent with it in 4 turns...

2 turn is maximum becuz in this game, rp fights are mostly only able to stunn opponent 2 turns.
