What it Does:The user focuses all his chakra into one arm, and claws form from the chakra. The user will quickly run into the target and swing his fist under the opponent, and hit him/her from the chin, called an uppercut(probably heared of it >_>).
Chakra Consume:30% base
Type of Jutsu:Taijutsu
Register it to who: CLAN
NOTE: Please replace Lupynken with this if approved.

| the first formula isnt happening it does over 3000 dmg that way. as for the other one it does about 200 and is much more likely to be approved
