1. Hidden Village of Bliss

Element : Wind/Fire

Created by Mistreated Female Ninja in the small country of Flowers who rebelled against the tyrany of their Feudal Lord. The Village of bliss is specialized in Genjutsu and Poison. Their Wind element control is a deadly way of delivering their Special Airborn Poison called the Deadly Love.

Jutsu : Genjutsu (Secret Siren call Genjutsu 'A jutsu that never fails on men... never... Its makes them crazy for the Caster, then they become suicidal and homicidal towards their allies)

Deadly Love (Called that way because of the pink flowers used for the poison, both in the creation and delivery, The Deadly love poisoin jutsu makes the caster sends thousands of flowers containing and airborn poison, though the poison is not quick action, it makes the person loose control of reality and is sent in an hallucination said to actualy be enjoyable... Though the last part is not certain)

2. Hidden Fortress of the Evening Star

Element : Thunder/Wind

Founded by an exiled Ninja from an unknown Land and her Husband, a legendary Samurai, The Hidden Fortress of the Evening Star Specialized itself in Sword fighting. Their thunder/wind combination makes them perfect for both close and long range battle.

Jutsu : Unlike most Village Jutsu, the Hidden Fortress of the Evening Star Technics rely on using both element on a constant basis during a battle, Using both Wind and Thunder at once, it makes their swordsman incredibly fast and deadly powerful.

Special technique : Slicing Breeze (using this jutsu, the sword of the ninja is able to reach up to 50 meters by using the wind... electricity is required in the arm of the ninja to stimulate the muscle to have enough power to pull it off

3. The Hidden Oil Village

Element : Earth/Fire

Founded by a gang of wandering ninjas, The Hidden Oil Village use oil, alcohol or gasoline to help them during battle.

Jutsu : Extraction Jutsu 'Collects the mineral in the ground to create any form of flamable substance which he then store inside his own body.

Napalm Bombardement Jutsu 'After using the Extraction Jutsu, The Caster can use the Napalm Bombardement Jutsu, This jutsu consist in throwing the flamable substance from higher ground.

Flamethrower Jutsu : This jutsu consist of using the acquired oil from the Extraction jutsu and spitting it like a flame thrower would.

Unlike Fire jutsu used by other village, the oil/fire jutsu are almost impossible to extinguish, even if they are, the liquid substance used for the fire remains extremly Hot.

Extra : Some Shinobi from the oil village were seen with Huge Tanks on their back, carrying probably Oil.

And some were find with huge quantity of Alcohol. If they are used for their jutsu or their personal uses, that remains to be determined

1. to make villages, jutsu, and the like, you need to be premium
2.Even if you were premium, you only get one village
3. even if you were premium, you need to make jutsu to register it to you village, you don't create village jutsu

meaning this is a theoretical post... They are suggestion if ever people need ideas for their villages, the jutsu and history is just for show...

Time village is great... Could consider it a Expert on Spatial Chakra Control (if they can bend the Space/Time continuum)... also for your village, Id take lightning as element cause its the only one fast enough to help you if time is slowed down.

Suggestions on Possible Jutsu :

Relativity Jutsu : (Makes the user go alot faster when away from his enemy, and at normal speed when close, making it the perfect jutsu for Defensive purpose)

Teleportation Jutsu : Whether the user actualy teleports or simply moves incredibly fast is unknown, but by using this technics the caster can move to up to a 100m in less then a second

One Leap Forward Jutsu : Using this Fobidden jutsu created by the Time Village, The User creates a bubble around his enemy which accelerate time by a factor of 10000 inside the bubble, in less then 2 minutes the opponent as aged to a point where he's either dead, or too old to fight. (only a handful of medical ninjas can return you to your real age)

I actualy like your idea of time village, but it does sound scary to meet them in battle

Fatal error - causes every single user in this forum te be deleted
Mass sleep error - causes every user to be baned for 5 hrs
Ups Jutsu -causes every users character to get instantly to lv 80 with 5 Mil Ryo

Village is for premium members only...
so are there any more idiotic ideas?

See the Word Ignore? I guess you didnt so just watch it carefuly...

None of what is said here is to be made, Again its a theoretical post, So Please next time before you comment, will you please read the entire post...

you can call this post a Sandbox so people get better ideas of what to do with their village...

And if youre complaining because of the One Leap Foward jutsu I guess it is a little powerful... but in Naruto there are powerful jutsu

Kakashi Mini Black Hole
Reviving the Deads (1st and 2nd Hokage with full power)
Create an Army
the Third Hokage that Calls the Reapper
daidara Mini Nuke
and im missing alot...

(edit)Besides every Amazing jutsu as a weakness, even this one... Ex... If you cool down your body enough it will slow down the Acceleration process, so any Wind/Water User are immune to this Jutsu (/edit)

Sometimes i wonder if people just post to actualy give a good point of view or simply because they lack the imagination and skills of those who actualy enjoy contributing to this great community.

Again, I know that i need to be premium to "Create" a village, but those arent to be created, they are simply blueprints which anyone can use, modify or 'Ignore'. and also, by creating 1 Post saying suggestion, it will limits everyone who is not Premium but feel like sharing to post it under one Thread, instead of spaming the board. Wouldnt you agree its a good thing?

well do some research, ask some people, i got a whole history here.

but basically, i was a admin here, and a great as hell admit at that. over the course of bout three months i turned from a great admin to a complete asshole and got myself banned. theres alot more to the story, but taht is the basics.
