(please do not accept this village until i am a premium)The land of time was created before time even existed. the entrance is only known to members of it. the land existed empty for a extremely long time until Zelos, a missing-nin found it and sacrificed his power to open a gate to it. since then his allies have populated the land of time, and becuase they are so new to it and its jutsu they have veyr little idea how to control it (thus the side effects). they ahve only explored and populated 1% of the land of time and god forbid what kind of demons are waiting inside, waiting to come out.

Inside the land of time everything is neutral color (the whites are black and the blacks are white). inside lays the sands of time, which eveyr since they colonized it they said that every member is allowed to take 1 sand of time and devour it, giving them their powers.

*side effects include as little as a bad ache, to as big as organ failure. EX: u activate time stop, u walk forward and realize ur arm has been cut off becucase it stayed exaclty in place*
