Head Admin Election

it has come to my attention that, to be fair, even though i am currently head admin i will have to make a election soon.

so, (we dont gave a elction yet)

i am asking the forum, which admin would u vote for if we had a elction?

THE BAD:

Eki: wel... he doesnt spend as much time on the forum as he used to.

Tinnie: same as eki, busy on the game and sometimes short tempered

Bao: sued many many times for abusing his powers, sometimes a stalker

Anti:sometimes he acts like a jerk and doesnt do much on the personal 1 person missions

THE GOOD:

Eki: he pays to keep the forum going! and hes been head admin before so he has experience

Tinnie:same as eki, but he is nice when he has to be

Bao: pass~~~ (lol joking) he does alot of the smaller missions, like1 person missions. hes a good admin because he does alot of peoples missions

Anti: although he doesnt do alot of little missions, he is constantly balancing the game, making everything fair to normal people (The Anti-Admin Ruls), and constantly adding new SWAG!!!!! (Elite Jutsu, trial of gods, personal story lines, land of time, quest chains). i wonder if anybody can remember how boring this forum was before anti became an admin.

so plz give me a head start so i can see wha i can work harder on. leave a comment saying what i am lacking

Bao, first impressions are hard to shake... but if everyone else is willing to give you another chance, you can have a clean slate (a fresh start) and make a new first impression...

Anti, are there going to be an increase in the number of admins at some point? Not that I'll be actively seeking a position out, but I was just wondering, because while the idea that Eki gave, that we only have four admins at this point is a good idea... Eki and tinnie are insanely busy outside of the forums and rarely have time to come online, and two daily-active admins can't always catch every infraction of the rules. So I was just thinking that we increase the number of admins to about five or six, so we will always have at least one admin online, and three or four daily-active admins to catch rule breakers... cause s. mods and mods are good for warnings... but they (we) don't have the power to back-up our warnings when needed.

yes, adminswill inceese.

but 8 admins with 10 active members makes little sense.

there is a ratio somewhere of number of admins VS number of players.

right now the only admin that we can let go without completely ruinign the fun of the game would be Bao.

cuz we need eki and tinnie because they pay for the forum, and they need me cuz i bring most of the fun to the forum and i keep track of all the admins, while adding new stuff

well my mid terms are over and ill be on more active, as some of you noticed ive been on more and i have been thinking of adding a new admin and anti I think you should stay head admin for now due to your wellness with the current position, btw Anti you do a horrible job of making yourself look good Razz

, and for now we are not cutting anyone off, (bao) just keep doing your best and we will make this game better with more members and that reminds me, we need more events, anti get on it
