What do you want the jutsu limit to be? just remember to read the first part of this debate so you know what is going on.

i say keep it at 5, get married couples and donaters 6, no matter what you do the donaters will always have 1 or more jutsu then you and remember the more jutsu, the more some clans will be stronger then others, and that means less creativity. The Last part of this debate will be held monday 31

I say keep it at 5 and less donaters and married couples get 6

A. stopped funding it and it closed down
OR
