...your saying you want to spend a lot of time designing a new jutsu category and making up new weapon, just so you can have something that does the same amount of damage as other jutsu have

you dont need anything to summon a jutsu, just because whats her name (Garaa's sister) uses it dosntn everyone does, naruto dosnt, Jiraya dsont, btw why woulyou use a weapon that does minimal damage, when you can do so much more daage with a jutsu, plus you can attack with your fists already

Right now we've got...
Bloodline Specialists
Genjutsu Specialists
Ninjutsu Specialists
Taijutsu Specialists
but no
Fuinjutsu Specialists
Kenjutsu Specialists

and Kenjutsu falls under weapons!

stop argueing eki, didnt u say if everybody wants it, give it to them???

if ANYTHING at all, the chakra system must be fixed.

you should have like 1/10 ur level + 3 in chakra, and jutsu take 1-5 chakra.

but they never do. and most moves done have a chakra cost. we need to make the system very simple

hummm.... how about normal jutsu cost 20 Chakra, Elite Jutsu Cost on depending on how user sets it up
