im wondering if anybody shares my opinion that there should be water jutsu in the shop. my argument is that there very commonly used in the show, some of the most common actualy (next to all the basic techniques) and yet there not available on this site, just something i was wondering.

merely CREATE water jutsu, like

Name: Water Dragon Jutsu
Type: Ninjutsu = (100%) Genjutsu = (0%) Taijutsu = (0%)
Description: creates a dragon outa water, which then atacks the enmy
Effect: Hand Seal Knowedge X 20

Its SIMPLE

if you want water jutsu, u can create jutsu even though ur not premium but u dont get to keep the jutsu, it goes to the store where u may buy it from
