I believe I was clear enough... but here I go again.

For Projectile Weapon Throw, "Divide current users Speed by 5. Result is the number of times you are able to random roll current users speed. Successful roll result is more than half of opponents speed. Depending on the result of RR, multiply successful roll results by the current users Strength level. That will be the damage caused to the target of this jutsu."

For Taijutsu Combo, "Divide current users Strength by 5. Result is the number of times you are able to random roll current users speed. Successful roll result is more than half of opponents speed. That was what I was suggesting Taijutcu combo will increase cost depending on the level of the user.

so it could cost 100chakra. i would think more like this

Genin(0-20)- D-rank -5chakra
Chunin(21-40)- C-rank -10chakra
Anbu(41-60)- B-rank -20chakra
Jounin(61-80)- A-rank -30chakra
Kage(81-100)- S-rank -40chakra

Ive been watching the users of the jutsus... and its still too powerful... so I'd like to change the effect again.

Effect: Divide current users Speed by 5. Result is the number of times you are able to random roll current users speed. Successful roll result is defined as more than opponents speed divided by 2. Damage target the number of successful hits added together.

So if user has 20 speed, and opponent has 15,

20/5=4

Random number (1,20) :
13

Random number (1,20) :
6

Random number (1,20) :
7

Random number (1,20) :
5


over 15 is a hit
