Kagebunshin no Jutsu
Descritpion: Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of the user. Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing jutsu on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original.
Activation Cost: 25 chakra
Requirement: RR Jutsu Power. Result must be 10 or over
Effect: All users stats other than speed are reduced to /3 for 3 turns. As long as jutsu is in effect, multiply current speed level x3. While in effect, all damage to user is reduced /3. No secondary effects, like stun, can take effect while jutsu is in use.

Requirement: RR Jutsu Power; Result must be 10 or over, if over 20 the user makes two for the same chakra cost only it is devided by the two
Effect: Creats a copy of the user with chakra half of the users and the abillity to use jutsu, also this will take the damage of an attack and is unable to use evasive jutsu but can use jutsu that block a move directly (eg. Earth wall jutsu)

Note: the clones will have health equal to the chakra they get

Essentially, this change would practically be creating another player into the game with half the chakra. So what happens if they defeat that clone? Is the user left with the same amount of chakra or does it add back?

'half of users chakra' is too vague.... what happens if the user only has 10 chakra... hes going to be left with 5 and still he's going to be able to make a clone?

I'd like a test roll play on this before I give my own approval... too many variables to consider.

Ok, that is fair and you do have a good point there that I did not think of. Come to think of that...isn't that one of the reasons the multishadow clone was deemed forbidden, you can split it soo many time that it is possible to lose so much chakra you could die from it.

1) no they don't get the chakra back
2) yes they can make a clone, only it will also only have 5 chakra and only 5 health

what variables are too many?

Kagebunshins should be like: you choose how much chakra you put into one. minimum of 5. and then it has the ability to cast offense jutsus, using your stats. as well as that, unless a person has sharingan or byakugan, they will need to [rand]#ofclones and if the roll is 1, they hit you. Not that many variables. Using the bunshin will not use your turn, but a turn of the bunshin.

the sharingan+byakugan cant tell the differnce bettween them,

I mean, bringing another person/clone into the fight effectively makes a summon that is both not permanent and permanent. Its just confusing, especially with targeting and not really having a rule on if you hit or not hit the actual opponent.

Too many variables. Too complicated. I know what you are trying to accomplish, but the current rules do not allow that to be possible.

The closes effect that could mimic how Kagebusnhin should react in the game is the simple effect I made initially.

Byakugan can tell the differenceif the chakra levels are not the same, Neji made the comment on Naruto's Shadow Clones saying then he could not tell them apart because the chakra was evenly balanced. Sp if you do not split the chakra evenly the Whites will tell.

im just going of from what i have seen, they could in all rights use a jutsu that blocks the attack, but i haven't seen anything to sujest it to be able to dodge.

by a turn of the clone i mean like, you can attack then the clone can attack as well. Byakugans can tell chakra levels so if they have byakugan active, give them the chakra of each selective clone and yourself, then they choose which to attack. Though now that I think about it, sharingan wouldn't be able to.


Also: Kagebunshins should be able to use the evasive jutsus but when they go back user takes damage that the bunshins take.
