it should almost have the same damage as it's counterpart Chidori and it shouldn't be unblockable since Chidori isn'nt

WTF!, GIVE A REASON because as it it its wrong, Rasengan Isnt wind Element, uses Jutsu power not speed, and thats what im changing chidori to soon in effect. so whats wrong?
