How do we know if a jutsu is a Interrupt Jutsu's besides common one like replacement and genjutu release or do we kind of have to figure it out how it can be used.

I guess, any jutsu you use to either avoid another jutsu or you are using another jutsu to counter something, that is considered an interruption.

You get the appropriate amount of exp, then you check which level corresponds to the exp level at

currently you have 1248 exp, and you need to gain sufficient exp to pass 1350 exp to get across to the next level.

Wait what? Thas not what i'm talking about. When your doing a player vs. player it says you can choose to do nothing on your turn to restore some of your health and chakra. I want to know how much get restored

oh, sorry... when in a rest turn, you gain only chakra equal to half your Jutsu Power level.

So if you have 30 JP, you gain 15 chakra points that turn.

No health restore... thats for medical nin I think... though I cant vouch for it since no ones decided to become one yet.
