Hmm, I think I remember of a way for the forum to send out a welcoming message to all new members. All we'd have to do is add the necessary codes into it. As for the existing members, just send out a mass PM with the coding on it.

Those idiots that always delete the welcoming message... that's just their luck. Too bad.
