questions

Hello im new to the whole game so i have a few questions

1 what does hand seal knowledge do?
2 how does the whole money thing work? do you start off broke?
3 on scale you start with 40 does that increase and what is the max?

I have a few more but i i forgot lol

1. Its Basically a Useless Stat, it needs fixing up
2. Start off Broke or with 3k, i forgot
3. it increases as you level up, 100 each stat is max
4. Max level is 80, + Rebirth, then again to 80

hmm... first graduate the academy

to make a jutsu you have to become a premium member, you can become that by either winning an event in the events area or by donating

you can learn jutsus from your sensei's or by joining a bloodline, you can also buy jutsus from the jutsu shop.

cool thx but for the academy i just saw people going for the tests and so i guessing i have to graduate before i get any jutsus at all

When you start out, you have the basic balance no jutsu.

And in Eki's automatic welcome PM, he explains premium membership, yet people still spam up the jutsu topic.
