Description: This jutsu is similar in practice to Eight Trigrams Palms Heavenly Spin, but has a specific target rather than a general area. To perform it, Neji does a palm thrust, shooting a concentrated force of chakra out of his hand, to violently push the opponent away.
Weakness: Unlike the Eight Trigrams Palm Rotation this does not block a attack
Effect: Deal Damage equal to (Jutsu + Speed) times 3, stun target for 2 turns. If Random Roll is more than 50, stun for 3 turns
