I honestly dont think we do apply for Super Moderator. I think that there is an election between mods for a new super mod.

Well Bao was automatically made Super Mod because he was demoted from Admin. And Sannam has been Super Mod for a while.

We could always use a third Super Mod. Considering one still doesn't do anything. But I dont have the heart to demote him again, for now....
