Could I be a consultant for new Jutsus?

ask eki or kurayami, i wouldave said YES just 2 days ago but i dont have the power to anymore. but i have a feeling that is only temporary

Havent really thought through this much but I would like to do something among these lines...

Sample would be my own desired jutsu,

Name: Photograph Clone Technique (Shashin bunshin no Jutsu)
Type: B-rank, Supplementary
Hand seals: Monkey, Snake, Tiger, Snake, Tiger

Similar to the Clone Technique, this jutsu creates clones of whatever image captured within the special paper shot by his special camera. Unlike the Clone Technique, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The jutsu has 3 settings depending on the amount of chakra used to create the clones.

Setting 1: Like Shadow Clone Technique, these clones disintegrate with one hit or less. These copies only take 2 to 3 percent chakra to create and perform more or less as a distraction against the user’s opponent.

Setting 2: These clones do not disintegrate easily and would last a fairly long time to giving the user time enough to escape or plan another attack. These copies take 10 to 30 percent chakra to produce.

Setting 3: These clones last as long as its user is conscious and takes up to 50 or more percent to produce. A typical user will only be able to use this ability once if not rather putting himself in jeopardy with draining his own chakra limit to zero preventing the possibility of abuse.

When defeated, these clones dissipate in a puff of smoke, leaving a ripped in half picture in its place. These clones also have chakra flowing within them, making it hard for users of eye jutsu to tell the difference from the copies and the real user. The clone copies can only be as powerful as the time the pictures were actually taken.

well we dont realy do jutsu like that so i dunno

Its fun for a character to have a favorite, unique jutsu... like Chidori for Kakashi... make your character a bit more interesting...

As long as the made up jutsus have their own weaknesses & limits

ya but we dont have a whole place for people to put descriptions and plus some people cant see jutsu list if its too long. And there are more reasons why i dont like it
