First u need to take your GEnin Exam. After you;ve took ur exam and u are promoted to GEnin ask a Admin to Update ur profile in te forum "admin Request" then you can ask some1 to be ur sensei in te Sensei forum. When u got a sensei, he or she will teach u jutsu etc.
IF u really cant wait to Have Katon Jutsu u can buy it for 3,000 ryo. Check your character page and see how much ryo u have.
