Since u already a Jounin now u need to go to Sensei forum and look for a sensei to teach you Jutsu.
in here you type in specific name of the jutsu u wanna learn and someone will sooooon teach you

liuShien, before you learn any jutsu, join a clan you want then make a topic and say u wanna join. wait for reply. Then u needa join a village. Same make a topic for it. after you've done those, go to Academy" forum in the front page and make a topic say u wanna take genin exam. its easy theres 3 part and you only require your brain cuz u needa creativity. after you promoted to genin ask a admin to update your profile in "admin request"forum.meanwhile they update or after they update you can go to "sensei" forum and say u want a sensei to teach u jutsu. when u got ur sensei u can go to "training field" ur sensei will teach you jutsu/ gain some experiences to lvl up.
