yeah but you can have summons and bloodline effect but they dont count as your 5

go to admin jutsu shop they show u some but if you join a village or gain a bloodline effect then you can have some cools 1ns.

id say that 7 would be a well rounded and fair number, 10 seems like a bit much but 5 is to little, to predictable, 7 or 8 would be about perfect.
