FIRST: u need to take ur Genin Exam. After you pass and promoted to be genin ask a genin to update your profile in the forum "admin REquest" then you can ask a Jounin in the forum "sensei" to be your sensei. they will forever be your sensei and keep in mind they will teach u jutsu etc."
