First you need to take GEnin Exam and after you take it and promoted to be genin ask a Admin to update your profile in teh forum "admin REquest" then you can go to the forum "sensei" and post a topic about ur looking for a sensei. when you got ur sensei they will teach and train you some jutsu in the training ground.
In there you type specific jutsu u wanna learn.
