in the great fight with the hokage shion was pushed to the edge. his fireballs proved uneffective if only theere was some way to increase the number of fireballs without compromising the strength of them.During his fight with the young uchiha his curiosity grew.He could feel he could break down the fireball. tho keeping its full strength proved difficult he went to his sensai for help.Sasuke was amazed at shions theory and vowed to help.It was a long and difficult road but eventually he broke the barrier it required the full uchiha blood as well as the full sharingan.The fire power could not be too strong or too weak it had to be perfect. the goal here was to break down the fireball while quickly summoning more fire once this was figured out.Shion had the most dangerous fire technique to date a fire jutsu dtrong enough to burn through the strongest wall the perfect blend of force and fire "fire style machine gun fireball jutsu" also know as Chikara no jutsu which means strength of energy.

that meant i have to hit 20 but i made it 15

im not against the fire style/10
but i did the math and currently that would be 4.8 so in this case would i round up and do 5?

i dont really like how i have to hit it seems like alot id like to change that i have to hit half of my enemys speed to just 15 as ive never seen another jutsu with that kind of calculation
