Description: The ninja creates lightning from their chakra and this starts to surround the ninja's legs and arms, they then launch their opponent into the air. (Due to the lightning, the opponent has no chance of dodging this once it has started). Their opponent is hit 10 times in rapid order and each hit discharges 1000 volts into their opponent, the ninja when finished transfers the 10000 volts from their opponent into their body part of choice. The 10000 volt is then returned to the opponent all at once, courtesy of a devestating move. The opponent hits the ground at half of the speed of lightning, followed by the ninja landing a massive kick from descending from the sky.
Weakness: This will take half of the ninja's chakra if they are below half health. It will consume it all if they are above half health. It will also stun the user of the technique and if they are not from the Ookami bloodline will damage them.
