hmm, that last version seems like an enhence taijutsu combo technique. So maybe put 10 on attack and defense while puting 15 on speed I mean cuz you`re puting a +15 in taijutsu rolls. not sure if I`m really thinking but it`s a suggestion anyhow.

Ok here is some constructive thinking rather than just lashing out.

It appears that you want this Jutsu to do two completely separate things, a permanent thing and a non-permanent thing. Ok this is a S-Rank and things like this has been done before. The way you are going about it thought with absolutely no restrictions/weakness though makes this like a GOD move.

I helped Kira Formulate both his Earth Grude Fear and the Earth Release: Earth Spear and because of the abilities I had him put in the restrictions. Spoiler ed is his defense/permanent type Jutsu.

So then here is my suggestion to make this similar and so not too many people(like me) will Female Dog and complain. BTW, Kenjutsu is for sword only techniques, this includes more than that by a lot. If half of the moves were sword-type based I would have kept the Kenjutsu but I only see one Sword hit.

Add 30 to Attack, Defense, Speed. Add 15 to all Taijutsu related rolls. This incurs a Chakra Cap of 50 and is considered permanent until dismissed.

Taijutsu Effect:
Hit the target 10 consecutive times, each time different random roll requirements, each effect must be dodge separately at a cost of 5 chakra per dodge.

1. Dual Katana Strike. Cost to activate: Random Roll Speed, 25 or over. Damage equals to Attack plus Speed multiplied by two. For the next 3 turns, opponent takes 1/10 of the damage dealt from wounds.

2. Mace Foot Heaven's Kick. Cost to activate: Random Roll Speed, 40 or over. Damage equals to Attack plus Speed. If successful, stun for one turn. (Stun does not apply during the dodging of these attacks)

3. Fist Barrage. Cost to activate: Random Roll Speed, 30 or over. Damage equals to Attack plus Speed multiplied by three.

4. Gumgum Punch! Cost to activate: Random Roll Attack, 30 or more. Damage equals to Attack plus Speed, if it hits, the fifth hit cannot be dodged.

5. Gumgum Knives?! Cost to activate: Random Roll Attack, 30 or more. Damage equals to Attack plus Speed multiplied by two.

6. Super-hard Ass-poke. Cost to activate: Random Roll Attack, 30 or more. Random Roll Speed, 30 or more. If this jutsu succeeds, the next 4 cannot be dodged.

7. Whirlwind. Cost to activate: Random Roll Attack, 25 or more. Random Roll Speed, 40 or more. Damage equals to Wind Affinity plus Speed multiplied by 3.

8. Flying Mace Kick. Cost to activate: Random Roll Speed, 50 or more. Damage equals to Wind affinity plus Attack plus Speed multiplied by 2. Stuns for one turn.

9. Weapon Hair Barrage. Cost to Activate: Random Roll Speed, 50 or more. Damage equals to attack plus speed multiplied by 3.

10. Dragon Barrage. Cost to Activate: Random Roll Speed plus Attack: 80 or more. Damage equals to attack plus speed multiplied by 4. Can only be used if at least 3 of the previous attacks are landed.

If possible, I would like to add another minor weakness.

Ninjutsu effect must be active before Taijutsu effect is able to be used Ninjutsu effect need be active.

Ok that seems reasonable, with that weakness I would drop the Cap for this to 25 since now it requires the first effect to be in place. If it seems fair to you.
