I wanted my character to have a development, making him similar to to-LOVE-ru's Golden Darkness.

The ability to transform my body parts into anything, and freely. EG: Making, my hand a knife. Making my finger a key. Making my shoulder blades wings.

Well, you should put it as a jutsu. Anyone should be able to role-play any of the jutsu used for roll-play, plus it would be a handy technique; stabbing with a knife-tongue, making testiculure-bombs, etc.

I think in one filler episode, naruto used the resangan to give his run-away boat motor speed, you`re a ninja, improvise.

Role-play jutsu and roll-play jutsu should be the same. There would be no "role-play only" jutsu since this site uses the combination and you can have the choice of battling in rp. So with that said, it should be the same cost of creating any other jutsu.

Take this for example: you can use chidori in a battle that uses roll-play right? Well you can use chidori for other things when your rping, like if your in a dark cave you perform chidori using the affects of light to see much better.

That morphing technique can be used in roll-play, since you may able to morph your hand into a knife. If you were to morph ur hand into a knife then performing the jutsu would be an act of an equip turn, it`s like having a kunai right?

I would say that the effects you have list are too high in my opinon. What you have just done is give yourself at least level 40-50 stats. With that you either will one shot most things, dodge/block anything without worry, or lose chakra at a rate that is crazy. This is more powerful than any bloodline except the Rinnegan.

I agree, which is why I asked if this was too strong, because I simply took Kira's Earth Grudge Fear, which gave him the addition of 200 element points, divided by three and assumed that since I was only using around 30 levels of stats, it would be okay. Will work on it.

10. Dragon Barrage. Cost to Activate: Random Roll Speed plus Attack: 80 or more. Damage equals to attack plus speed multiplied by 4. Can only be used if at least 3 of the previous attacks are landed.

@Kioshi: It actually added less stats than what Kira's added, so I just assumed... But yeah, so I made it weaker. I don't mean to b**** or anything, but that isn't even remotely comparable to Rinnegan. Seeing as Rinnegan can learn this jutsu.... and seeing as rinnegan takes off the jutsu limit. And seeing as Rinnegan only uses half of all chakra costs. But I agree with it, because it is "THE" Rinnegan.

Yea, it gave him +50 in FOUR different stats, not one. Your original post I was commenting one list a +100 speed...WTF. Plus see as he include restricts to his Jutsu to help make it fairer, YOURS included none. Plus, note that I said this was LESS powerful than the Rinnegan. Cloud also can not go around just willy-nilly blowing things up with it, it was a restriction that he is following. He has yet to use it even in his fight against Shikamaru, he is only using the simple passive effects of reduced chakra. What I see here is you tiring to become a God or something unstoppable. Fine but get it with-out my vote. Unless it changes I give -3.
