Requirement:Mangekyo Sharingan must be active.Random Roll Speed.Result must be more than 30 to successfully execute.
Effect:Damage target equal to Fire Level multiplied by Speed Level, divided by 2.
Note:The User suffers damage equal to current speed.

Damage is quite sucky considering it's a big important jutsu...

Hmm well i guess that is fair. This jutsu would depend on my bar/limit suggestion. If i remember correctly Sasuke's eyesight started to degrade after a single/two uses of this jutsu, so taking that that into account i would say its a major burner of the bar "/

Again this is quite difficult because you have to take into account the limits for ninja of different ranks. My initial thoughts are too make this into using up maybe 20,30 points minus the price for the activation of the M.Sharingan. So were looking at 25-35 points which at this moment of time seems pretty reasonable.

Of course though there should be an extra price for using the jutsu but i would suggest that it should be a small loss of HP. Again initially I was going to decide upon something along the lines of 20 HP per use but now if someone has a large HP base they could over use it. I suggest putting up a percentage of HP being "burned" up. 10% of Current/Max HP?

Anyone got any other ideas or anything else they want to throw in?

Well my formula for damage is Jutsu Power + Speed Level x Fire Level / 2 if Random Roll is more than 45 the target is burned and the target will be damaged by 15 for the next 7 turns

I'm not really sure just posted to contribute

only a sujestion but what about JPxFire because it gives reasonable damage and in my opinion speed has nothing to do with the damage of Amaterasu
