Raiton Kage Bunshin no Jutsu - Lightning Element Shadow Clone Technique

Raiton Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes lightning to create a Kage Bunshin clone. Because it is a Kage Bunshin, the Raiton version shares the ability to interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. If the Raiton Kage Bunshin is injured, the clone will revert into its natural lightning state. Like in other Lightning Element attacks, should the target come into contact with the electricity, they will be momentarily stunned.

Raiton no Yoroi in a Ninjutsu technique which utilizes the Lightning Element. After surrounding and infusing his body with the Lightning Element, Raikage will greatly increase his speed, power and reaction time. This Lightning chakra will also act as a defensive shield, being able to greatly decrease the strength of incoming attacks, like a Chidori. The increase in speed will also grant him reflexes on par with Yondaime Hokage. These abilities will also be used in conjunction with his already powerful Taijutsu to create even deadlier attacks.

Activation Requirment: 40 Lightning Attribute and 30 Jutsu Power.
Description: Increases speed by 30 for 3 turns.
Weakness: None
Action Post: (I'd like for them to include a Roll Play displaying the jutsu in action)

Class E-S: A-Class cost 25
Range: Supplementary (Not offensive)
Classification: -Ninjutsu
Type: Lightning Release
Exclusive to: (Ookami and Hatake Clan, and their pupils)
Activation Requirment: 40 Lightning Attribute and 30 Jutsu Power.
Description: Used with Body Replacement. Creates two Lightning Clones, stuns opponent for one turn when used as defense.
Weakness: High Voltage clone
Action Post: (I'd like for them to include a Roll Play displaying the jutsu in action)

Requirement: Lightning: 40
Activation: Random Roll Jutsu Power, Result of 30 or more to activate.
Description: By wrapping his body in a layer of Lightning chakra, the Fourth Raikage can electrically stimulate his nervous system and speed up his neural synapses to react faster to danger and push his physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing him to gain tremendous raw speed and monstrous power.
Weakness: None
Effect: Lowers available chakra by 30 until this jutsu is no longer in use. Increases Speed by 30 and Attack by 30. If you get hit by any Physical Taijutsu Attack, the person attacking you takes damage equal to your Lightning Affinity Level. This allows the Heavy Fist Fighting Style to be used when Activated. Anything that would make you lose concentration will make you lose this jutsu (i.e. Stun Effect or under a Genjutsu Effect)

Okies I realize that the first sentence might cause some confusion so I am describing what I mean. Lets say you have 100 chakra normally. You use this and now you have 70 chakra and you total chakra can no longer raise above 70 if you have this activated.

Requirement: Lightning: 40
Activation: Random Roll Jutsu Power, Result of 30 or more to activate.
Description: This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform jutsu and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time electrocuting whatever it is touching.
Weakness: None
Effect: All users stats other than speed are reduced to 1/3 for 3 turns. As long as jutsu is in effect, multiply current speed level by 3. While in effect, all damage to user is reduced to 1/3. No secondary effects, like stun, can take effect while jutsu is in use. If you are hit by a physical attack and successful perform a Body Replacement, Opponent takes damage equal to (Lightning Affinity + Jutsu Power) times 4. Opponent can dodge, but if successful will still take half-damage.

Im good with it. We need as much jutsu as we can get, to diversify the ranges of moves and make the tree more unique. (Jutsu tree)
