Eh, guns show up in a few fillers, but I'm denying this, due to the fact that you are not allowed to create anything without approval.

Wait i thought this was how i gained approval? Cant i have Renkuudan - Drilling Air Projectile (The one tailed Shikakus move) except at a much smaller scale?

That jutsu is only available to the shukaku host while in the shukaku form, therefore you cannot use it.

Not actually approval but Divine Points from Eki. You need the Divine Points to gain right to make customized anything.
