Closing Unified Academy

The Unified academy is going to close soon. Each character will now need to learn their jutsus at their respective villages and from their respective sensei's.

There are the last jutsus that will be approved in the Unified Academy. (Yume, can we hide the old academy?)

No other applications will be accepted at that academy.

What about students that have a teacher in a different village?
Do we need to find a new teacher at our village or will inter-village teams/teachers be allowed?

They will have to move the the village the sensei lives.

Ok. I will first look to see if their are any open sensei/student spots of any Kiri Senseis before I move if that is alright, because I would prefer to keep Kiri as my village.

If you have no sensei's there, you have to train yourself the old fashion way.

Okies, if Korioka Kazuya(the only Sensei that I know of in Kiri) does not responed to my request, I would have to ask if I am able to train under the old system(although I would need some guidnice since I have searched the fourms and can not see a way before what we are doing currently) and should that not be able then i will post my Village Change.

Nope I have a Kiri Sensei. Nothing Against Konoha but, I know it well and in Kiri I can expand it and fill it out. My character has developed this addiction to the Mist that Konoha would just burn away.

I realize this may be old, but when are we going to implement this since both Kiri and Konoha have admins and mods within their walls it can now directly fall upon them to approve the Jutsu training and whatnot.
