Rather than needing people to have 250 more posts to be eligible for Mod status, I am changing it to "Must be Chunin Rank"

This way, we can guarantee they are both players of the game and most likely know heads and tails about the game.

One problem, I no longer qualify to be a Mod/Admin. I am only Genin. Because Kiri has no Sensei and the "In addition of defeating two other Chunin examinees, you must help 3 Academy Students get promoted to Gennin." I only have one on record. I have helped them when they pop in the Chat like Cloud and his RR's but no documentation.

This law is for new mods for application. It doesnt affect those that already have staff positions.

I am willing to battle to the Death, but both sides must agree. If you are looking for some to win, i.e. Byakugan, it must be stated in your first post. Remember an Eye for an Eye, because I will also ask something of you as well.

If you need any help, let me know and I will do my best.

I was gonna post a complaint but then a querry came to mind: What if you are a mission-nin or do not wish to go on a higher rank just for sake of character plot and such?

Why not put it as both? That way you know that they are committed to the game and are obviously going to stick with it.

Demonjune, there are 2 ranks in the game, one is job rank and one is level rank

I was talking about level rank when I said Chunin... which meant that you have to be level 25 I guess to be a Mod

Also, like Kabuto being just a Genin, but has abilities of a Jonin, this is more or less the jizt of level rank.

Anyway, my brain is crapping out... cant explain myself more eloquently. Its been explained better somewhere... (passes out)

Basically there are two different types of Chuunin.

There is the Chuunin-leveled and the Chuunin-ranked.

The Chuunin-leveled are players/shinobi who have not formally passed the test but are as strong as a stereotypical Chuunin. EG: Naruto is still a genin, but he is already at a Jounin/Kage level. Therefore if the requirement was Jounin leveled, he would qualify.

A Chuunin-ranked person could be of any strength, but he must have had to formally pass the exam, or in Shikamaru's situation been promoted for a certain reason.
