Seems people are getting too many jutsus created... which should be harder than normal...

so...

Cant you just make it harder to create jutsu? I just want to create a clan and with those requirements, I will never get enough coins unless I bully the weak, which is not cool.

I agree with Aigoro, people are taking advantage of the old system. While increasing the amount needed to make something would work in the short run, in the long run, it will just abused the old system more.

any new people will not have any clans to join besides this because they only other option is by divine favour....

It will be near impossible for any Genin or Academy student to create anything but their character itself. We need contests not involving fighting for these coins. The best idea people and role-players should be able to compete and then be able to make their creation a reality.

We cannot have it like you have stated, for I would need to beat 9 Genin to be able to do the simplest of all creation with the exception of a character.

i have a suggestion for this what if instead of it going by rank it goes by level for example
i think this will be better because almost nobodys a chunin or over even our kages are only chunin.. makes sense lets vote +3

for those under 10 you have to beat 2 to get 1
for those 20 or over get 2
for those over 30 get 3
so on and so forth

btw why don't you want custom jutsu being made? That makes no sense.....I can't see why you wouldn't want users making their characters more unique,and more original. Why don't you just make it so you need creation coins to make bloodlines and villages. That seems reasonable to me.

level 0-10: Beat 2 to get 1 coin
level 11-19: ???
Level 20-29: get 1 coin?
level 30+: Get 2 coins?

That needs to be extended and explained in greater detail. To be honest. It's incomplete.

I understand this in a role-play view. It`s not like a character with no battle experience whatsoever would have his own created jutsu to fight with (not including a different version of a jutsu as in Naruto`s Sexy Jutsu). It wouldn`t be average for someone to just think ahead of everything and just create his own jutsu with ease.

An advantage to anything is that the enemy isn`t knowledgeable to newly created jutsu, or anything un-seen of. When you`re battle in role-play, it would be difficult for a jounnin to defeat an academy student with mostly unique jutsu or secret clan jutsu that the jounnin won`t know about. The jounnin is powerful, yet, the academy student is weak. Chakra drain, mind-reading, densing the surrounding air (to make a powerful taijutsu master near-usless, hence the body needs oxygen though to use the body as for taijutsu it is more needed).

Take child-kakashi in example, he created the chidori though he was experience enough for him to train and develop the jutsu (he just uses the sharingan to nullify the negative-affect of moving so fast he can`t see the enemy`s counter). Now take konoha-citizen-sasuke for next example, he can use the chidori only because he was tutored step-by-step by kakashi sasuke was not yet experience enough to come up with a jutsu of his own, until the near 3 year time skip where he develop some jutsu like chidori-current from where of coarse he had enough experience of from the training of orochimaru.

So what I`m saying is, this system is great. But I want it so that you can obtain it through the game, not non-inworld places like "Fight the Legends". But if that were to be considered then you may want to think of when is the best thing to give out creation-coins.

Now, cloud you can`t really be original in roll-play in the first place, why would you wan`t to be original in it… what would be the point? That is why I like role-play, lets say you can perform the resengan and you`re being chased by enemies on a boat on a river, (in a filler episode) Naruto used the resengan as a motor for the boat to go a lot faster. Just a way to point out you can be creative in situations.

Now as for the characters, there is no restrictions I guess, though I would like it if there were no limit for clans, but I guess I`ll say something about this in another thread.

Just to give everyone my reason why I thought of this...

1. To give people a sense of accomplishment

2. To make people want to do it.

3. To prevent people from willy nilly making stuff without thought.

4. It just feels so rewarding this way, dont you think? Defeating 3 Genins gives you the right to fight someone like Kakashi...
