Ok if a user gets his seal activated, their attack doubles along with their speed, but their HP will be decreased by Half at the current time, their chakra will triple thou, and their jutsu have a 25% channce of doing 150 more damage

how to calculate the chance of a +150

Code:
[rand]1,4[/rand]

if they get a 1 they do +150 damage

okay it seems clear but something doesn't seem right does this affect happen to all curse seals or do the curseseals have different affects
