New Admin and Demotes and Promotions

We've had Bao/Bobert removed from the admin team, he has been changed to a Supermod, this choice was because of several complaints against his refusal to do work, he also has broken many rules, some of which include ignoring spam in the chatbox simply because the person is his friend, he has also annoyed the staff members a lot.

We've had Anti/Donkey Kong removed from the Super mod position and made a premium member due to constant argueing and creating staff problems.

We've had Nagato Fujibyashi upgraded to the admin position, we felt that out of all of our current staff members, none were qualified, so we decided to add a member. Nagato isn't the most active, but he is related to Maria and if he becomes active, we have a source to push him to get on, he is also a hard worker and gives much effort in stuff he does.

Marth, the rules never stated that a person had to be on the staff already to be in the ballot. I personally didn't find a few of the current staff members ready for the job, so I decided to tap from an untapped pool. Also to Eki. I'm slowly stealing your jobs, also, this is official, the votes are quality.

because if you are i have done almost EVERYthing for this site, crappy attitude or not i created the rules which bound and killed me later, i stopped all corruption only to get corrupted and fall victim to the traps i set.

Court, anti admin rules, me bullying other admins (for a good cause), bao's demoting.... the works..
