Chunin - 1 student max - the sensei cannot have a sensei and the student has to be a chunin or under

Special/Tobetsku Jounin + - 3 students - the sensei cannot have a sensei


We made chunin upgradeable to teach genin and other chunin

not to argue, but in the anime and manga when the students became jonin they were allowed to have 3 students.

When you are jounin you get your own team. If you have a team, you can't have a sensei too.
