I personally like this idea because of the amount of staff on here:
-8 Administrators [including Root and Head admin]
-6 Moderators [Including Super and Regular]
Now, that's a strange set-up since there are usually more Mods than admins. It actually seems like it's easy to become an Admin. I think demoting some of the Administrators would be a good thing since some of them don't really look active (to me). Though, demoting all the Admins may be be, since Aigoro along with Eki will the the only ones able to change stats.

I've told you before why we have so many admins on this forum. There are constant updates on the characters in the forum, and we need to have a person always on to do it for them so work doesn't pile up. The mods are mostly for reffing battles, the admins do all the real work. As for Aigoro's plans, there are many flaws, as some have said, I know a few staff members who would quit after being demoted because they do do their work and you're just taking away the position because you want them to work harder then they have too. Another HUGE flaw, is the work status quote for the Super Mods to become admins, it would take quite a while to finish that much work, in the meantime, who does all the work and updates for that work? You, thats 15 jobs, times 6 admins. Thats 90 updates for you on our work, not to mention the new characters coming on daily, and annoying people, you also have to pay attention to other stuff as well. One person cannot handle 100 updates like that...

Well, the Head Admin could be able to update anything, while the Super Mods had more specific jobs. Such as Exams, approving new players, battles, etc. And, if you gave the Super Mods access the the Admin control panel they may be able to make updates for the duties they have.
Ex: Super Mod of Gennin exams give people their Gennin Exams and updates their character for the rewards of the exam.
The Head and Root Administrators would be able to do everything. Now, I'm not sure if NR's numbers are exact, since I think some admins would get more requests than others. I remember you said you got about 10-20 updates a day, but I do remember you saying that you were popular and online a lot. This doesn't mean every Administrator gets the same amount of requests a day.

This isn't possible since Super mods cannot add the new players, merely approve them. Also you cannot give Super Mods access to the admin panel, that is why its called the admin panel afterall.

Yeah, but I'm a hard worker, Aigoro works on the genin tests, he can't do everything no matter how much he thinks he can.

In free forums I've worked in [IE invisionfree] you can give anyone access to the Administrator's Control Panel while edited the group [IE Member, Banned, Guest, Mod, Super Mod, Admin]. I'm just assuming you could do that here.
