Position Meanings and Ranks ~reminder~

1. Root Admin - can veto anything with a valid reason
2. Head Admin - can veto anything except root admins vetos
3. 3rd Seat Admin - Has less power then h admin but more then normal admin
4. Admin - votes and updates players profiles *they vote on the game status and updates*
5. Super Moderator - they have some more ablility then mods - ability to become admins *they also moderator battles like regular mods*
6. Moderators - can edit most posts and topics but cant make special messages while smods can- then can become smods *they moderate battles aswell*
7. Staff in Training - can edit few posts and can become mods
8. Gold Premium Member - they have access to all premium zones and have many extra features, they are the donaters of the game *they can make villages and clans and jutsu*
9. Silver Premium Member - access to less then half of g.prem but have the ablilty to make villages and jutsu and clans aswell.
10. Member - ability to make posts and few most of forum, they are the basic members
11. Guests - very few access rights to viewing rights and cannot post
