Village: Kirigakure no Sato (Village Hidden in the Mist)

Alignment: Lawful/Evil, when the matters concerning a friend or my clan I will display Chaotic/Good behavior. For further Explanation please see my personality.

Appearance: I am a male, 5'4" in height. I have a light complexion with no scars or other markings. I have black hair with slight blue and red highlights. I have dark green eyes when the Byakugan is not active. Normal I am wearing a loose fitting black long sleeve shirt with no other markings and long black loose fitting pants made of cotton. Over this I wear a midnight blue cloak that reaches to the ground and can completely cover me from neck to foot. I wear my headband across my forehead. On both my upper left and upper right thighs I wear a Shuriken Holster that has been modified to carry Senbon. I wear simple leather shoes to keep the water out.

Personality: My personality is usually very straight forward. I tend to very every new person as an enemy at first and I am weary of them. If they prove themselves then slowly my mind changes. I tend to analyze my target or situation before moving unless I am caught off guard, then I start applying my personal list. I always tend to follow the law but will often bend it to my own will. I am the type of person that if I am given an assassination job and the law said I could Kill my Wife on Sunday, I would marry my target so I could do the killing legally. I always but my clan first and friends second. This viewing will out way my Evil/Selfish tendencies and often cause me to be willing to completely forgo the law should it be needed to help either one. I also tend to come up with different ways of neutralizing people after studying them.

History: I spent most of my life on a small southern Island in the Land of Water. We rarely received outside contact from anyone and when a ship did come in it was to pick up the herbal medical supplies that my clan makes from the plants and creatures on our Island. It was a small simple village tucked into the forest landscape with simple cottages everywhere. We had all the things we truly needed and required no outside help.

Life growing up was hard. From when I could remember I was kept away from other kids because of a incident that happen when I was 3 years old. I was playing with some of the neighborhood kids and they started getting on my nerves. So instead of simply walking away I hit them. Unfortunately, I also discharged some chakra through my fist and flipped several tenketsu points on their shoulder and they lost all feeling and use. It took one of our healers an hour to fix the damage I did and after that I was not allowed to play with the others.

Shortly after that the elders of the clan started taking notice of me. They decided that I would be a good candidate to go to the academy when I got older so they informed my Dad to start training me in the clans ways. He started me when I was 4 years old. At first it seemed like a waste of time to me. All he did was teach me a Standing meditation and how to move like the wind and flow like the water. While doing that he instructed me in the Honorable way to be towards people and enemies and what the Clans Ways were. I also received history lessons and learned of our past and the Huyga Clan.

When I was 6 years old I started receiving training specialized training. This was when I was introduced to our Clan's
Kekkei Genkai, the Byakugan. I learned the chakra system and who the tenketsu acted. I also final found out what exactly I did to the other kid. After I started understanding the Byakugan and it's uses I leaned the gentle Fist Taijutsu. I saw now why I was being taught that Standing Mediation. It was the bases of our entire fighting style. It let us practice of fighting style with out being noticed.

At 8 years old I started my lessons in Ninjutsu. I learned that I had a knack for water and was taught a special Jutsu. Ninja Art: Hidden Mist. I started combining this Jutsu with the Gentle Fist Attacks and saw marvelous results. I also learned that I had a minor attraction to Earth as well. Although, no one else in the clan was able to teach me any Earth jutsu because it was considered a unique thing among our clan.

At 9 years old I lost my Father. During the night a pirate ship had gotten marooned on our Island. There were only 4 of them. They busted into our cottage while we were asleep and surrounded our family. They tried attacking us but my Father pulled of the Rotation Jutsu and knocked two of them out. They last two attacked him from two different sides but my Father was not quick enough. He took out one of them but the other hit him with a poisoned Kunai. That is when I snapped. My training kicked in and I called up the Mist. I came and thickened quickly to where normal sight was made impossible. I stalked my prey and when the opening came I unleashed the 64-Palms upon him. By the time he fell his body was void of any chakra. After he fell I felt the Lust leave me and slowly the Mist dissipated. It was here that I decided that society failed us and that I would use the very things that they hold dear, their laws, against them.

At 11 years old I formally enrolled in the Academy where I passed with decent marks. I made sure to be able to just barely pass most things so I would not be noticed. I always hide my Byakugan so others would not know. I also went as far as failing the Genjutsu training so I would not bring any unneeded notice to myself. After my graduation I started my plotting. I have not one set goal and after befriending the Mizukage I have decided for the most part to Spare Kiri of my revenge, but I am always looking for a good place to start.

Pretty well thought out. It's pretty interesting that your character has green eyes when the byakugan isn't active, I was wondering if your character is an exception or is that due to the clan mutation?

Just to let you know there are a few spelling mistakes/typos in the personality sections.

Note: In RPs Genin do not usually have two elements. So I'm thinking that either it's changed, your character is an exception (which would be the case if water is granted by the clan) or you could you rank up and provide an RP sample (you could become a chuunin or w.e but that obviously wouldn't effect your R.R character).

OOC: I was just following the template left from Wolfy, it stated to chose a dominate and recessive element. Yes the Madoka clan does have different rules to eye color, if more information is need please see the clan posting in Kiri. It contains the history too.

RP Sample:

It was a wind blown, foggy day. There was an overcast of light colored clouds that blocked most of the sun-light lead to make the temperature drop.

Kioshi gets out of bed slowly still feel soreness from yesterdays training.

"Argh!". Kioshi moaned, "Why did I have to take all that training yesterday?"

Slowly he gets out of bed and gets together everything he need for today's patrol. He gets out his black shirt and pants and sets them at the end of the of the bed. Next, he reaches up to the hanger and pulls off his black cloak. Then he reaches over to the weapons display and removes the 2 weapons holsters and checks to make sure the Senbon are still there before putting them next to the cloak.

"All seems in order", he states in a tired tone, "Time to take a shower before reporting."

He leaves the room to take a shower.
~30 Minute Time Skip for shower~

Kioshi gets out of the shower and puts on everything that he placed on the bed and checks his Senbon again.

Kioshi then heads out to the gates of Kirigakure no Sato to report for his standard patrol.

On his way he runs into one of his teammates, Hikato Namisake. Hikato was dressed for this bad weather in a complete green body suit and a matching full length coat with both a Katana and a Wakizashi on his right side.

"Hello Kioshi-san. Have you recovered from the training you had yesterday?", remarked Hikato.

Kioshi replies,"I have recovered enough for this simple patrol. Why are you bring your swords? Expecting trouble?"

"No, not really. However, one must always be prepared for anything. Well, that and my Parents would not leave me alone unless I took these, so i did.", said Hikato.

Both Hikato and Kioshi continue to the gates of Kirigakure no Sato.

~10 Minute Time Skip~

They both arrive at the Gate where they meet with the Gate Guard.

Gate Guard states,"What is your bussniess here."

They both hand the Guard a peice of paper.

"Ok," replies the Guard,"Everything is in order. You are assgined Sector B. When you have finished your patrol report back here."

The Gate Guard hands Kioshi a scroll.

"If there is something you can not handle, then use this scroll. It is a reverse summoning to a stand-by team to help you should it come to that.", said the Guard.

Hikato and Kioshi both nod to the Gate Guard and Kioshi secures it to his belt with several strips of cloth.

The two Shinobi headed out on their patrol, speeding away quickly so they can finish it without using up too much of the day light. They were given one of the smaller areas, just over 2 kilometers wide and 4 kilometers long. This should take no more than an hour to a hour and a half to complete.

The forest ahead of them was slightly wet from a light rain that happen the night before. Most f the bugs and animals were still hiding because they could feel it getting ready to rain again. With the trees slippery the two-man team decided to stay on the ground to avoid any embarrassing stories about broken ankles. During the first 30 minutes of the patrol nothing special was found. However, on their way back they encounter a lone figure and approached the figure to find out who or what it was.

As they started their approach to the figure Hikato broke off to the left to circle around and provide support should it be needed. Kioshi approached the lone figure slowly realizing that this may be a trap. When he got within 10 meters of the figure he spoke.

"Approach no further, Son of Madoka, unless death be your friend.", the figure spoke in a deep harsh voice.

"Identify yourself stranger, else I will have to take steps to bring you in.", Kioshi replied.

"I am a cousin or ancestor, I am not here for you unless you force me to be, I wish only the one who has swords like thunder, not one who's eyes are the betrayer.", replied the figure.

This time the figure turned around and Kioshi caught a glint of red where his eyes should be.

Sharingan, thought Kioshi, Who is this dangeourse person?

Kioshi activates his Byakugan changing his green eyes to white and he gets into the Gentle Fist Stance.

In the distance, apart from the meeting, Hikato sees Kioshi drop into the Fighting Stance and realizes that this person must be a danger. He pulls out his Katana and Wakizashi and feels the power of Lightning coarseing through his body and the Clouds above this soon to be battle field thicken at the pull of these swords.

"I feel the swords, they are near. First I must remove you Betrayer of Fire.", said the figure.

The figure now stands straight and reaches a height of 6 feet. He shrugs off the rags that were covering him to show a well tone man. He appears in the late twenties to early thirties weighing about 180 lbs. He gets in a Strong Fist Style and looks straight at me. He has short cropped hair, black, and a headband denoting Konohagakure no Sato. His red eyes stared into me and I saw his three tomoes staring back at me.

Without further warning he sped across and quickly struck me in the stomach before I could defend myself. He turned around and started to where Hikato was waiting. He forgot about Kioshi beliving that the punch had knocked him out. Hikato was just standing there with a glassy eyed-look.

Crap, a Genjutsu, thought Kioshi, I have to block it somehow!

Kioshi regains his footing and performs his Jutsu, Kirigakure no Jutsu. Kioshi continues to call in the Mist till it thickens preventing normal sight.

"Uchiha, you have injured me and threaten my friend, your life is forfeit.", coldly stated by Kioshi.

Using his Byakugan, Kioshi easily identified where the Uchiha was at. He calmly approached his target and stopped within 10 meters of him. Kioshi ready himself seeing that the intruder was with his divination circle... Hakke Rokujūyon Shō (Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Palms)

Kioshi strikes land with eerie thumping and only after he was done did he realize that what he was hit was a large log. Off to his left he barely registered the movement before a sword came within a centimeter of his nose and blocked the Kunai that was aimed at him. Both of the Shinobi came to the conclusion that this opponent was tougher than they could handle and quickly removed the scroll from Kioshi's waist. Kioshi opened the scroll while Haikto ran his hand across his blade and smeared the need symbol upon the scroll. Within seconds four Shinobi appeared and took charge.

They cleared the Mist only to find the rags left by the Uchiha. When the group returned back to the Village everyone made their reports and when Kioshi returned to his Apartment he found a note waiting for him with a wax-flame seal.

To the Betrayer of the Flame,

Even thought you know nothing of your home, you have shone the same honor as any of the Main Branch. This is a warning, next time we meet will be the last. I will now hunt you without mercy or remorse.
